Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns on all unworn merchandise, except panties and sale items, for a refund or shop credit. Please request a return following the below instructions. Merchandise must be returned in its original package. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return for Refunds
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
How to Return Merchandise
Submit a return request to email@example.com with your order number in the email’s subject. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Place the label onto your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Please be sure to include your original order number in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received, returns may take between five to seven days to be processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.
